Geographically diverse and leased to a variety of highly successful companies, our investment portfolio includes such market share winners as WaWa, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, AutoZone, Caliber Collision, Starbuck’s, and DaVita.
Acquisition Criteria: We are currently seeking net leased properties in high growth areas with 10+ years of remaining term.
