A noteworthy development in partnership with Public Service & Gas Company of the largest solar farm to date on a brownfield site in Pennsauken, New Jersey. The 15-megawatt solar array constructed on a 32-acre site formerly occupied by a manufacturing and warehouse facility provides power for more than 2,500 homes. We obtained all State and local environmental permits, land use approvals, and entitlements for the project and, as the owner of the property, we are currently working to secure authorizations for a future expansion of the solar farm.
