We are very familiar with the process of finding and acquiring property which meets a tenant's business objectives and needs.

 

Site selection is not simply a matter of finding a good piece of real estate.  It means locating property which addresses the operational needs of the future occupants.  Whether the requirement is proximity to highway access, employee's residences or another facility used by the tenant, location directly impacts the tenant's bottom line.
