Thorough due diligence  performed at the start of a project is worth every second spent. We carefully research, review and comply with governmental requirements. We investigate and resolve any environmental concerns, if necessary. We work closely with design professionals and consultants to consider alternatives which impact cost, schedule and function.

During construction, we believe that it is critical to have a project manager on site daily. Our experience has taught us that ownership participation throughout the construction process is the best way to achieve tenant satisfaction. We stay involved until the tenant moves in and successfully transitions into the space and then our Property Management team takes over.
